What are we looking for?
We are looking for Retail Merchandise Assistants to join our team at the Co-op Live Arena & the AO Arena in Manchester to sell t-shirts, programmes, caps & more on event nights.
Working at both venues means that you'll get to work at some of this years biggest events & concerts, such as Tom Grennan, Lady GaGa, Lorde and more.
Who are we?
We are National Merchandise & we manage the venue merchandising teams for the AO Arena Manchester, Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Glasgow OVO Hydro Arena, The O2 Arena in London, and Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena, as well as some of the UK & Irelands biggest outdoor music festivals such as BST, Download, Leeds & Reading festivals.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our retail merchandise team working on a casual event driven basis, providing customer retail service to support the tour merchandise sales for some of the world’s most renowned artists. The role involves ensuring high standards of service are maintained and providing a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors to or venues.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience. We welcome applicants who take pride in their work, have a positive friendly attitude, and possess excellent communication skills.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Strong numerical skills and mental arithmetic.
- Accuracy and ability to be calm under pressure.
- Well presented.
- Customer service experience and retail experience.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and pick up new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
You will be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when necessary.
