Our Box Office team provides world class service to our customers, selling tickets through various channels and we are looking to recruit Box Office Team Leaders to join us on a casual basis.
Our Box Office Team Leaders will assist with the day to day supervision or our team of Agents, ensuring that they continue to deliver the highest levels of customer service possible.
In addition, you will ensure that we have the correct staffing levels in place and that all customers are being dealt with promptly and effectively. You will effectively manage difficult situations with customers in a professional manner and resolve or escalate issues as required.
You will keep up to date records of all events and activities taking place at our venue, process cash and card payments, take responsibility for reconciling payments processed and take overall financial responsibility for floats and daily takings, ensuring these are secured at the end of the day.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a similar environment and have experience of leading or mentoring a team. They will have strong numeracy and IT skills and be an excellent communicator. They will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to adapt to a changing environment.
Box Office Team Leaders must be flexible in their working hours, being able to work regular evenings and weekends.
