The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is the largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands, showcasing the biggest events in music, comedy, and sport from Peter Kay to Ed Sheeran, England Netball to the World Ice Hockey Championships, with over 500,000 customers a year.
The National Ice Centre sits within the same complex and hosts a variety of ice sports for clubs, the public, beginners and even Olympians, open 18 hours a day, every day, with over 250,000 visitors a year.

Event Crowd Management are a division on of NIC providing an expert Crowd Management service to our venue and other indoor and outdoor venues and events across the UK.
Our SIA Door Supervisors act as the first point of contact for our customers on an event night and support the Head of Security & Stewarding and wider Event Crowd Management Team in the resolution of operational issues.
Following and keeping up to date with the codes of practice for our venue, our SIA Door Supervisors will ensure safe working procedures and risk assessments are in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
Having worked within a similar role, you will hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence. You will have experience of dealing successfully with difficult customers, including challenging situations and ejections, you will have the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. A team player, you will have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
