We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, we host over 150 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.

We are currently looking for outgoing, customer focused people to join our Food & Beverage team working across Encore and SubZero cafes.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES? 

• Preparing & serving hot & cold drinks
• Preparing & serving food
• Delivering great quality customer service
• Cleaning, tidying & organising areas
• Maintaining company & statuary health & safety and food hygiene regulations
• Ensuring stock is replenished, and merchandising is in place and in accordance with company standards

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Be comfortable & confident in dealing with customers
• Friendly, polite & well presented
• Team player, with good time management skills
• Awareness of food & hygiene and the use of tills
• Confidence in cash handling and the use of tills is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role would be preferred
