Restaurant & Suite Manager
 
We are looking for a hard-working individual who enjoys running their own team. You must be organised & presentable at all times. Within this role you will be given opportunities to express your passion for hospitality and leave a real stamp on the customers experience whilst they are at the Motorpoint Arena. Taking ownership of your areas of work & planning ahead for the upcoming events to ensure that no time is wasted. Working with teams across the business, from Sales to F&B to deliver top-notch customer service for your customers.
 
Who Are We

We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands with a crowd capacity of 10,000. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment and sport, we host over 100 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors each year. Home to the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team, where they play 30+ home league & cups games each season.

With an adaptable restaurant space that can host parties & networking for up to 200 people & seated dinners for up to 120, and 45 hospitality suites, it means that no two days are the same. Peter Kay, Lewis Capaldi, The Stanley Cup & Strictly Come Dancing are just a few of the big events that have welcoming hospitality guests over the last 12 months.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Overseeing the running of the restaurant & all of our suites on event days
  • Leading your team & giving training as needed to maintain the standards of service.
  • Working along your Head of Department to develop & expand the team
  • Deputising for your Head of Department in their absence
  • Greetings customers that are attending events
  • Managing stock levels, stock takes & stock rotation for your areas of work
