Merchandise Manager

up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

40 hours per week, flexibility in working hours is essential.

National Merchandise are the UK’s largest independent entertainment merchandiser!

 

We offer a wide range of services including Merchandise Development, Venue Merchandise Sales Management and Live Event Merchandise Sales.

 

We manage the venue merchandising teams for the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Glasgow OVO Hydro Arena, The O2 Arena in London, Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena and the AO Arena Manchester........ to name a few! 

 

In addition, we manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live indoor and outdoor events across live venues around the UK.

 

No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise! We cover all level of events from a small programme sporting event to a large stadium concert merchandise event.

 

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an Assistant Merchandise Manager to join our Manchester Merchandise team.

  

Supporting the Merchandise Manager, the Assistant Merchandise Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining Merchandise Settlements, whilst liaising with clients as well as Venue and National Merchandise Management.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely set up and pricing for all merchandise to help your team achieve optimal sales whilst also ensuring that they provide the best possible customer service.

 

With excellent team management and supervisory skills, you will ensure that rotas are managed to ensure cover at events.  Providing your team with regular reviews of their performance, feedback and any training or development that they may require.

 

With extensive experience for working within a Merchandise or Retail environment, you will be a team player who has the flexibility to work anywhere in the country on shifts that can last past 1am. 

 

It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises.
