National Merchandise, a division of the Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, work in some of the UK & Irelands biggest venues, such as the 3 Arena Dublin, SSE Arena Belfast, Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, The O2 London, AO Manchester, OVO Hydro Glasgow and M&S Bank Liverpool to name a few.
In addition to the work we do in venues we also work with some of the biggest festival and live event organisers in the world bringing merchandise to outdoor events. This year these events will include:

- Rammstein at RDS Dublin
- Pink at Aviva Stadium
- Concert series at Marlay Park
- Concert series at Virgin Media Park, Cork.

We are looking for a Staffing Assistant to join our HR team. This role will be based from our office in 3 Arena Dublin.
Our Staffing Assistant will be responsible for the employee lifecycle for casual staff working at festivals across the UK and Ireland.
Prior to the summer events season they will be responsible for the management of adverts using our Applicant Tracking System, shortlisting, and interviewing either face to face or via Teams.
Once an offer has been made the Staffing Assistant will ensure that the onboarding goes smoothly and, in a time efficient manner ensuring that all mandatory employment checks are carried out.
During the summer events season the Staffing Assistant will assist our team of Merchandise Manager with rostering, timesheets, and staff welfare.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within an HR environment. They be a self-starter with the ability to prioritise their own workload. They will be confident in making decisions and calm under pressure.
They will have excellent PC skills, including extensive experience of using Word and Excel.
This casual role is likely to begin in early April and will last until the end of August. During this period the hours required are expected to be between 30 and 40 per week.
