The National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena Nottingham are looking for Hospitality Hosts to join our fantastic team at the East Midlands’ biggest entertainment venue.
Our Hospitality Hosts are responsible for welcoming our Hospitality clients on event nights and providing Front of House support for all our Hospitality areas.
Reporting to our Sales & Hospitality Manager, Hospitality Hosts will work on a zero-hour, casual basis with shifts predominately taking place during the evenings and weekends.
Hospitality Hosts will play a key role within the Hospitality Team during event days. Responsible for ensuring that suites are set up correctly, meeting and greeting our Hospitality clients and their guests upon arrival and ensuring the Hospitality experience meets our clients’ expectations.
You will be responsible for resolving any ticket queries, issues, or complaints from clients during the event, which includes using our in-house booking system to provide duplicate tickets and process Hospitality upgrades where appropriate.
With previous experience of working within a customer service environment, you will have keen attention to detail and high standards when it comes to meeting the needs of our clients.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to exciting changes.
Flexible, organised, and with an outstanding work ethic you will have the ability to communicate and build relationships with a wide range of clients.
