Chefs of all levels

We are looking for chefs of all levels, working on both a casual and full time basis.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be part of our team creating mouthwatering dishes using both fresh and cook to order products for our Spotlight Restaurant, Saltbox Bar and our varied range of concourse food outlets.
The team ensure that food is of the highest quality and prepared to the Executive Chef’s recipes to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Previous experience of working as a chef in a high-volume catering environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
An understanding of health and safety and COSHH procedures and holding a Food Safety certificate at level 2 are desirable.
You will be used to working as part of team and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
