The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands with 2 Olympic sized ice pads and an arena with a crowd capacity of 10,000.
At our venue we showcase the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport. We host over 100 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors each year.
We are also home to the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team, who play 30+ home league & cups games each season.

Who Are We Looking For?
Training Administrator
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Office Based

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources our Training Administrator will be responsible for the the administration of external and internal training for our contracted and casual workforce.
Key Duties and Responsibilities are:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely administration of all NIC training activities, from correspondence to booking courses and maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external training providers
- To continually review the company induction process to ensure that the information is up to date and all mandatory training is carried out
- Work with the Head of Human Resources to create a suite of in-house training and workshops to improve manager, supervisor, and team leaders HR capabilities, ensuring that these are regularly updated following changes in employment law
- Assisting the Head of HR in the production of the annual plan for training and development
- Effective management of the training budget
An excellent administrator the Training Administrator will ensure that accurate training records are maintained.
With strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, the Training Administrator will be flexible approach, able to manage their own time with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage although training will be provided.
