The National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena Nottingham are looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Engineer (electrically biased).
Reporting to the Head of Facilities our Multi-Skilled Engineer will work as part of our onsite Facilities team who rely on teamwork, passion and determination to continually improve how the building and assets are presented, delivered and successfully maintained.
The Multi-Skilled Engineer will deliver planned and reactive maintenance, installation of infrastructure, plant and systems. Whilst majoring in electrical works and supplying temporary electrical connections and systems for events. Their work will be of the highest standards and will comply with all relevant statutory requirements.
Apprentice or NVQ Level 3 trained, you will be 17th/18th edition qualified, ideally with experience of working within a similar environment. General maintenance experience is essential and experience of managing a team would be an advantage.
Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business which may include nights, weekends and bank holidays.
