Assistant Merchandise Manager (London)

We are looking to recruit a full time Assistant Merchandise Manager to support with events and festivals across various locations.
Reporting to the Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Merchandise Settlements, whilst liaising with clients as well as Venue and National Merchandise Management.
This is a leadership role within the team, and you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely set up and pricing for all merchandise to help your team achieve optimal sales whilst also ensuring that they provide the best possible customer service.
With excellent team management and supervisory skills, you will ensure that rotas are managed to ensure cover at events. Providing your team with regular reviews of their performance, feedback and any training or development that they may require.
With extensive experience for working within a Merchandise or Retail environment, you will be a team player who has the flexibility to work anywhere in the country on shifts that can last past 1am.
