Our F&B team offer a wide range of food and drink options from our concourse bars which include our new Grab & Glide bar, T&D’s Café, Saltbox Music & Sports Bar, Spotlight Bar & Restaurant and The Green room. Plus, catering for Hospitality and Meetings & Events guests.
We are looking for a Head of Catering to lead our Catering team to enable them to deliver a successful service that encompasses optimising sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
Managing a seven-figure catering turnover, the Head of Catering will review performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets whilst actively promoting sales growth, profitability and customer service, through innovation, analysis and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. They will be responsible for mentoring staff, implementing innovative solutions to drive revenue, and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and suppliers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with creativity, ultimately enhancing the overall guest experience.
