Be the driving force that keeps a world-class venue at its absolute best. As our Crew Boss, you’ll lead the behind-the-scenes magic that transforms spaces for spectacular events and keeps operations running seamlessly.
This is no desk job — you’ll be right in the thick of it, from event setups and lightning-fast turnarounds to specialist cleaning and essential maintenance. You’ll lead a passionate team, inspire high standards, and work closely with contractors. When needed, you’ll step up as Manager on Duty, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

This is a physically demanding role requiring the completion of manual tasks.
The primary goal is to support the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager in ensuring the venue is fully prepared for use, including cleaning and event setup. This encompasses tasks related to load-ins, event execution, and daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-orientated, with strong problem-solving abilities. They will have the proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
With a comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols and first aid procedures, they will be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. They will be committed to delivering excellent customer service and excelling client expectations.
Flexibility is key, due to the nature of our business you will need to work overnight shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
